DD Saw
Circular saws made out of High Speed Steel (M2) and Super High Speed Steel (M35) are suitable for cutting Metal, Steel Alloys with tensile strength upto 500N/sq.mm and 800 N/sq.mm respectively. The saws are used in manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines.The saws are available in Original colour, VAPO treated (Black).
TIN Coated
PVD coating of Titanium nitride on the surface produces resistance to abrasive wear and so increases the life of the saw.
VAPO Treatment
It produces a layer of Iron Oxide ( Fe3o4 ) on the surface which increases the wear resistance and life of the saw
